So I'm sitting here and it's like 11 AM. I'm sending Kaff some music (hope she likes it...hope it sends for that matter.) and listening to the AC crank in this beach house. and I've just been thinking. I really can't word this in poetry, right now anyway, so I'm journaling on it. I've been in conflict my whole life. It really is like fighting the waves. Basically, the waves will always come. They will keep beating you, and thrashing you, and beating you, and all you can do is fight. But no matter how long you fight, or how much you think you're doing against them, the waves always come back, and they'll keep coming until they kill you. Why even fight? That's what's on my mind right now. I'm searching for a reason to fight.
